I have a few questions re US potential exports of LNG.
Is my understanding correct that China also has massive shale gas potential?
There are also basins in Australia now looking like they will be potentially large producers,.....the Canning onshore W.A.
Then there are the politically and environmentally troubled coal bed methane reserves in Qld and NSW, not to mention the big projects under way that still have some gas to sell.
It seems to me that it may well be a buyers market in a year or two. The US is at a geographical disadvantage with higher shipping costs when compared to Australia and China.
The only thing we can be sure of is that the situation will not remain the same.
