Just look at Norway's petroleum tax and then look at Norway's individual income, wealth, health system education system (I guess if you were Norwegian you would not be making silly claims) vis-a-vis Australia and its soverign wealth fund is second to none.
Despite Norway's high petroleum tax, resouirce depletion is its only risk and not the tax!
We tend to dogishly follow the USA (not a good model) while ignoring the world's best practice yet when it comes to sport we want to cream the best.
Perhaps you could tell me why?
