What puzzles me is that Who are the sellers. I know fund managers can ruthlessly dump stock in line with drop in property index (XPJ) but then why didn't they dump CNP ? And again 7mil volume is peanuts for fund managers (only $350K). So they must be retail investors. Now the real question is why would any retail investor dump? ( D/Ts will wait for report and others will wait long term)
