What you describe as "whinging and whining" is more a part of consensus building process, this early stage is more to do with exchanging information and points of view.
Of course an alternative to this ongoing concensus process is tar and feathers and pitchforks.
I hardly think you would advocate that as an alternative to the current relatively orderly process.
Both process will eventually result in the ousting of the current socialist/greenie alliance from government and the restoration of sanity to our government.
