    We really cannot afford to go cheaper in terms of SP than this and risk giving up larger amount of voting power on market.

    Hopefully the board step up here. It won't be a 50/50 JV if Metachem people are easily able to take voting control in EVG on the open market.

    Control of entity matters here. Just sayin.
