While I definitely want to see Directors/NED buying in, my guess would also be perhaps the 23 June announcement regarding production didn't allow them to buy in yet (blackout period). The last buy in was 10 May'24 by DRound but perhaps the new board members were still new and didn't buy in during that period.
Certainly there should be opportunity to buy after the production announcement, but could also be because of future sensitive announcement not allowing them to buy in yet?
