Nextsource has barely started full-capacity production at Molo. They sure aren't wasting any time... and why would they when the foreign mining deal is so attractive?

Info: Saudi Arabia offers foreign investors full ownership of projects, co-financing of up to 75% of capital expenditure, five years free of fees, 20% corporate tax, and 30% discounts on local processing.
I take it that the Saudi plans are in conjunction with their anode plans in Mauritius...?
