I simply don't possess the skills nor the wherewithal to have any impact on the SP or on the mindset of sellers (or buyers) - the BEOT has that stuff well and truly under their control .... but thankfully I have had a bit of coin lately and have gladly taken advantage of these ridiculously cheap prices.
I'm excited to see how July pans out and I wish our MD all the best on his trip.
