Management past and present have a good track record of actually executing.... what's happening "NOW" is a result of years of groundwork.

Maniry was taken from first drilling for BEM to a resource and DFS in 4.5 years.... that's incredible execution considering the huge global impact of COVID throughout that time.

The commencement of production in India isn't a result of some sort of recent fast tracking.... it's a substantial plant that has taken a necessarily lengthy period to develop to it's present form.

There's still so much to be done and laser focus is required.

A yard looks fantastic when the lawns are freshly mown, but remember, someone levelled the ground, laid the turf, landscaped the gardens and planted the trees and flowers and watered them regularly .... possibly done by the same person who does the mowing, but the fact remains, the years of groundwork are crucial.

DR has been heavily involved for a long time now, hence he is a good candidate to continue building on the legacy... keep up the good work mate.

Valuations are going to be changing significantly over the coming months IMO .... but as of right now, I think you're being fair with $30M.
