if the management cares about the company and shareholders, they could place the CR above 3c when it was close to 4c. The management is also very incompetent at raising fund. They should have a placement with or without SPP/entitlement. The placement with a proper price to archive guaranteed fund target(they can decrease the CR price to get full subscription). But after the doomed unsuccessful entitlement, they could not reduce the price for the doomed unsuccessful shortfall placement. Now 700k is missing from the target and they need another round CR soon. Any positive announcement is doomed to be a pump and dump. And this time I will sell out all my shares.
