Lets piece the picture together - existing SH were the ones who took up the rights & the shortfall. Yet its SH who are selling below the capital raise price.
So what has changed the minds of existing SH who were confident enough to take up their rights choose to sell at a loss moments after taking their share?
I think it's reality that this Indian expandable graphite stuff isn't exactly what it was claimed to be... At the end of the day its a commodity sharp pricing and on time delivery is all it takes to win over "one off purchases".
Understanding they have been "in discussions" for a significant amount of time and even months and our only purchase was from Technografit who signed a purchase agreement ages ago.. and to that Technografit is pretty much a commodities trader.
We literally buy the raw product from them, process it, and sell it back to them... Weird that the management team couldn't land any other sales since 2022 for a commodity.
Anyways, the next Q report will really be the break or make situation if the company and management can actually deliver on their promises.
