    Hi Shell,

    Respectfully, what our JV partners do OUTSIDE of this JV has no material impact to OUR JV.

    What Panthera is doing is my only concern, this JV was built on the basis that our Maniry graphite feeds the JV as form of initial offtake for Maniry. If the JV doesn't have continuous supply agreements this "vertical" integration is almost pointless, not entirely, but almost.
