My main concern is the use of "offtake" in lieu of one of purchases which has given the wrong impression on the previous announcements (which is probably my fault for not reading in between the lines). The only offtake we have signed is the JV to PURCHASE material FROM Technografit.
Nobody has signed offtakes in relation to purchase from our JV thus many SH are confused why the market isn't rating us appropriately.
Technografit as the broker seeks out buyers in Europe who then broker the deal. So, as per our offtake agreement with Technografit we have the right to buy up to "2500T" but i'm sure a yearly minimum is also somehere in the clause. Thus, it's important for management to show that there is interest in buying the product.
Aparantly the JV was meant to be hosting potential buyers all throughout Jan & Feb, still crickets so far... Or was this Ali Baba "Is this product still available" messages which was exaggerated in order for us Goose-like SH to take up our allocations in the CR???
I guess we will find out soon hey? 6 business days left in Feb for something to show up.
