I’ve tried many times as a minority shareholder only holding around 1.3mil to provide thoughts for many other shareholders to create value and extract value it comes to a stage where there is no point as any critical feedback becomes an attack. SH steer the direction and management. We don’t have any substantial holders with greater than 5% holding on the register.
The stock is also becomes harder to value when it has a “cash producing” manufacturing plant alongside a speculative project at current state. Like does it get valued based of P/E ratios or news speculation on finding something big? Something Analysts will be tossing between.

I’ve brought it up many times we shouldn’t be investing more into an expansion to that doesn’t have minimum supply contracts executed or operating more often towards maximum capacity. The cash balance could’ve been used towards NOT leading ourselves into another CR position that much earlier….
The previous announcement about engaging in funding doesn’t bring many confidence to me either especially at the current state of the share price.

Here’s to hoping with all much prayers that permit renewal news adds 100%+ to the SP before we do a CR to instos and sophs at the same price as options strike price.

This is my minimum standard I expect the BoD should be aiming for. I wonder what standards the rest of the SH have for the BoD…. Or if it even exists as some people call our BoD “their boss”.
