Expandable graphite plant in INDIA-50-50 JV with Metachem
-Funded and constructed. Commissioning started late January, production commencing late February
-Revenue for JV ~9 Mil USD P/A (revenue for Evion 4.5 Mil USD P.A)
-From this EVG share price valuation of ~7c per share for expandable graphite plant
-Import product from Europe initially(binding agreement), will feed plant via our own mine in Madagascar from years 2-3 onwards
-Export/Sell product to Hungary(binding agreement) 2000-2500tones P.A
-First company on the asx to produce
-Outlook to double production in years 2-3

-pre construction stage
-final mining license and ESIA to be granted
-metallurgical test work including large scale (60-70 tones) piloting done. As far as I'm aware, we have done more test work than a lot of peers
-pending funding for the mine
-talks with Urbix and other parties regarding binding agreements
-Within close proximity to Nextsource materials and RIO tinto mines
-Possible grant/loan from World bank to provide jobs for Madagascar people? Expect this to come with or after ESIA
-Possible investment opportunity for larger company(i.e. rio tinti) to invest and provide capital for mine given extensive work done to date + expandable plant business to lower risk

Bam Plant Collab began 2023 March for Evion and finishes 12 months after. Expect results soon here

Estimated 1.5million cars to be sold P.A by SK ON alone by 2026. Which equates to 120,000 tones of BAM. Currently to my knowledgeonly 1 offtake agreement between SK on and Westwater resources in regards to 35,000 tones of material over a span of 5 years (2027-2031, 7k per year average)
