    Imo it's the final push to flush out dry stale holders.
    Stop loss hunt to rinse out and bring out some liquidity. We are now under 1x revenue based on valuation just for the JV.
    My only concern here would be if there are some political/commissioning issues we aren't in the privvy to know of.
