Getting tempted to put an offer on the table to buy the whole company .... cheaper than most Sydney Harbour properties... dead set crazy.
It's an interesting proposition... what would you buy with circa $8M????
Sydney property might pull say $400k p.a. rent and 10% capital growth ($800k p.a.)???? Fairly low risk for $1.2M p.a. return?? NFI and just some simple speculation on the maths.
Panthera (India JV) NET CASHFLOW AFTER TAX IS ESTIMATED AT AROUND $3.5M p.a. - and then do whatever you like with Maniry???
Seriously, what's the better investment??
