May I humbly submit that the use of phrases such as "further dichotomous consequences" qualifies 100% as involvement in the comic relief .... noice! AND me being "Main man" is even more comical .

Unfortunately the first link allows subscribers only SB... are you a subscriber and therefore able to paste some content from the article for us please old mate?? I obtained a casual subscription but it still wouldn't give me access to that article.

The new mining code is all but in place and my understanding is that is is positive for foreign mining companies.... as I've said before, the World Bank wouldn't throw half a billion dollars into a major roadworks project without the likelihood of a significant impact on the economic growth and prosperity of the region (ie "we will help you create the infrastructure if you facilitate economic stimulation" - for example, approve some new mines).
