I was hoping that the link might tease out someone (anyone) with access to the entire article... but thanks for sharing the above screenshot, Crans. Unlike other African nations, info always seems scant and difficult to find. I dare say that the Mada govt will follow in the footsteps of other African governments which are very much on the front foot and garnering international attention for all the right reasons. Fair and equitable mining codes and governance are the name of the game.
