Picture this...
An upcoming IPO in the graphite space... (I'll refrain from rehashing most of the specifics/numbers - easily found in prior posts and announcements).... said IPO possesses :
- an amazing level of Intellectual Property thanks to many years of hard work from an outgoing MD
- a young and pumped board with a remarkable level of experience, expertise and on point qualifications
- a substantial existing resource, with a DFS already completed, in a renowned graphite producing geographical location that has well established graphite mines in operation nearby PLUS around $500M of World Bank approved infrastructure improvement at the front door (ie huge potential OPEX savings)
- an existing, highly profitable 50:50 JV in India with an already successful Expandable Graphite company, with a fully funded, constructed, recently commissioned plant
- $2.5M in the bank
HOW MUCH COULD THEY RAISE AND WHAT WOULD THEIR INITIAL MARKET CAP BE???? No need to answer - it's just ridiculous that EVG is still at sub $10M MC ..... IMO and DYOR
