Development crossroads During his field visit to Tolagnaro and Amboasary Atsimo, the President also made another important announcement regarding the RN10. He affirmed that work on this road linking Ambovombe to Andranovory, on the RN7 leading to Toliara, “would start this year”. Funding for this work, amounting to $400 million, will be provided by the World Bank. The Head of State stressed that this road had never been rehabilitated before.
