It would make more logical sense for directors to invest some personal funds via the next CR. It would convey the same sentiment to the market (of a board with confidence in the company) and, more importantly, help finance EVG's operations instead of just buying on market.
So, perhaps an option D could be added to your list.
Of course, option C could be a given.... and let's hope so.
