What I'd like to talk more about is the proposal being considered to locate a BAM plant in Madagascar. I wonder whether a JV could be involve more than just Urbix and EVG. Could other local producers of concentrate be involved or are they being considered as potential customers? Why not look to seize the opportunity (again) to be a front runner in the downstream business. South Africa has graphite deposits but seems to be lagging in the race. In years to come, a BAM facility at Port of Toliara, could end up being the toll treatment plant for an entire region.
