EVM update

finally got hold of Roger. I wanted to clarify the rights with China, as the recent ann. Made mention of them as if EVM owned them when in the past they had been excluded from EVM licence. Roger confirmed that EVM has the rights for China as the previous owner did not fill the requirements overtime.they are de factoEVM's- no need to buy them back.
When asked about India, RD was his normal self and confident that we should hear something very soon.
Iasked about licencing fees payments for ME and America. He was very prompt in correcting that it is Texas and not 'America'- each one will read what it wants through this. He said that Apollo is paying as we speak and ME will follow.
Finally, in his very criptic way he added that everything is going well and that everyone should be happy...
