A CALL option at 3.81 is a call option at a strike price of 3.81... I would call a duck in this case. Most of the details is in the ANN let me know which parts are you specifically not accross buddy and I'll do my best to explain. @brianchu82 had a more elegant explanation posted here somewhere which I agree with as it takes into account the "spread".
