You dont need to know the expiry datea. You just need to know that it is Calls that they bought to know which direction the SP is that they are betting on.
Patrick Ceresna has a live "How to" tutorial on these staggered Call & Put strategies some time back. Check it out as he can explain it better than anyone that I know of...
