Well, EVN is already up more than 40c from recent lows. That's a move up. And the USD POG has not really risen much yet, compared with how far it fell.
The other factor is whether the market accepts that the POG is actually making a move back up, not just bouncing off recent lows before falling again. The technical indicators are not yet favourable due to the weight of the recent bearish move. I back myself and my own amateur reading of what's going on, but I think the big money would wait for a more sustained POG rebound.
