I'm no economist but old enough to remember what happened the last time the Fed embarked on a QE program after the GFC. The price of gold doubled and then some.
"In just six weeks during March-April 20, the Fed bought a total of USD1.4 trillion US Treasuries, exceeding the purchases the Fed carried out during the whole period over QE1, QE2 and QE3 at the height of the global financial crisis"
Coupled with the upcoming Biden stimulus relief, the previous stimulus (CARES Act) and global QE, surely the outlook for gold is up, up and up
