Looking at overnight action and the main indices enact downside reversals with the Nasdaq breaking below its 50 day ma.
This is relevant to us as the gold indices also enact downside reversals.
Commodities hard and soft are also correcting/consolidating so we are now into the caution zone.
The powers that be will be working overtime to contain the fallout from their beloved markets and so will no doubt will be hard at it in trying to keep any dollar rally to a minimum while capping the longer end of the yield curve and pumping printed dough into levered products in an attempt to prevent gravity from functioning naturally.
Gold overnight came close to minor resistance at $1846.19 $1816.205 is support.
Yesterday evn hit target and then some. We have a gap fill at 4.85 which is also the breakout level and the natural first level of support.
