US500 came very close(4392.7) to TP2 (4419) on Monthly (based on low in December 2018 to the high June 2019), Shorter term daily has the same TP2 as monthly.
There is a rogue weekly chart with TP2 @4553.
The monthly TP2 getting so close does suggest a take profit event, some call it a liquidity event.
