Looking at the Daily on EVN and after Friday nights action it looks like a certainty that the horizontal black line of support is due for imminent failure.
This will also continue the current impulse leg lower.
Next week looks like it might be a bit rough as we continue to move towards what looks like a looming long term low. It may arrive in December.
The September low may possibly hold but I wouldn't bet on it.
EVN is quite a high cost producer and the high $AUD isn't helping.
Daily stochs are slipping into oversold territory with weekly techs weak and monthly also weak with the monthly stochs hugely oversold.
