If the POG dives like the 2012 top then that H&S would continue but I doubt that is the case.
TA wise when the neckline is broken to the upside I believe the H&S is negated. Seeing the higher highs and higher lows of the 200EMA will be a definite signal that the H&S is dead but then again you'll be buying it at a fair value and not at a discount by then.
