In my opinion, if enough people vote for and preference the minor parties over the majors, like Liberal Democrats, Great Australia Party, Palmer United Party, Informed Medical Options Party, One Nation Party etc (all referred to as freedom parties as they are against mandates and lockdowns), the best result would be a hung parliament.

This way all the competing interests would be required to work together instead of the pork barrelling and steam rolling that occurs.

I am of the opinion that the current system is corrupt (they are handing out pencils at the voting booths for Christ sakes - like you are all children and the teachers need to rub out our answers and put in the correct one).

Doesn't anyone else find AEC handing out pencils alarming ?

I took my own black pen to vote so my vote can't be changed.

If you think the system is not open to corruption, then you have your head in the sand, like the US voters.

Anyway, I would like to see EVN back over $4 next week
