I don't know for sure, but I expect as a big gold producer EVN is also affected by ETF outflows. i.e., many PM speculators don't buy individual names but instead speculate on PM ETFs (e.g. GDX). When this person sells their ETF holding (e.g due to gold breaching a support level) the ETF fund subsequently sells shares in EVN despite that same person possibly having no specific opinion on the merits of this company
