I am definitely not a broker.... I work in mining production so my experience is enough to understand cost & logistics of production with staff levels effecting machine availability which as caused havoc in the last 2yrs along side a Multitude of other factors.......And all this with the spot price of Gold falling from record highs, which has a massive effect on stock sentiment....
Is there any information on who is behind these shorts & there background ?
Wouldn't surprise me if there shorting the Gold Spot price as well.... around the $1600 usd range
The gold & Silver ratio is 89 to 1 and should be around 16 to 1
Is Gold itself overvalued or Silver undervalued ?
The ratio indicates 1 of the two are not correct
If the G & S ratio corrected to 16 to 1 at the current gold price it values Silver at $150 - $200 per oz causing financial nightmare for industry.......it was predicted for Gold to drop to $1600 usd if that happens expect the SP to follow.
That depends on the other factors in the markets like the $$ strength....
Long term play 10+ years holding time and quite happy to do so.....
