It is an irrational market driven by fear. No better time to slowly buy quality companies below fair value.
Has the market bottomed? Probably not, a 5%-10% downside from here is not out of the question. But it is no consequence when in 3 years time (even sooner) it will be up 25%-50% even more..
I have all the time in the world. I'm not fully bullish just yet as I have plenty in cash. In 6-12 months when the world is in recession is when you will see the bull in me come out.
