It will be above and oversubscribed. I really don't see why not if you look at the fundamentals of NP and its contributions to EVN.
Resource wise EVN just became equal to NST is size. Note that grade wise EVN is still below average grade but I believe only because EVN are is conservative. But the proof is always in the pudding (AISC). Lower grade yet lower AISC in comparison to my other cornerstone NST.
Those with CAPEX qualms per my previous EVN discussions may do well to note that NP actually smooths out the CAPEX spend is EVN does it sequencing right.
Saving the best for last....JK show me the money!
