Excellent post ."Great time to be a bullion holder and gold miner investor". Also a fortuitous vindication for those who took part in the recent SPP.I always said the SPP extension significantly de-risked the top up opportunity for retail. Granted the EVN's sp bottomed around $2.92 after the SPP close. I wonder how many actually topped up the equivalent SPP allocation at these levels? The approx 4.5% drop in sp was an acceptable risk vs not topping up. Especially in an environment where PoG had made 4 tops and was on the cusp of breaking out on the 5th.
