@tonymc - I'm personally not getting too enthusiastic about the Mt Rawdon pumped hydro 'green dream' as in 'my' dreams I am just seeing images of white elephants eating lemons. I had similar visions when state governments started spending mega-millions on de-salination plants in the belief that it was never going to rain again (and don't get me started on the power consumption of these de-sal plants) - but maybe they just took their weather forecasts from the BOM too seriously! Or am I just being too cynical and grumpy about where taxpayer dollars are going?
