In Australia, the stocks booted from the index were Treasury Wine Estate and GPT Group. But all eyes were on the additions. Added to the index were gold miner Evolution Mining, aided by the surging gold price, and Sigma Healthcare, which now houses retail giant Chemist Warehouse."
