Thats been the EVN Modus Operandi since the beginning. You only need to listen to Jake's presentations, the plan is to only have a handful of assets that needs to be upgraded to tier 1 (organically or through acquisition). This sweet spot keeps management focused on accretive growth rather than growing to a point where EVN is no longer nimble to oppurtunities.
