For your benefit I labeled the top as v of 5 of (5), meaning it was the top of
the top of subminuette wave v
the top of minor wave 5
the top of intermediate wave (5)
It doesn't mean EVN can't go higher after a correction of equal degree. However it also means it should not reach below $3 as it would then be below (1) which topped out in July 2016. This you could easily find as a high in the weekly or monthly chart. This was followed by wave (2) down, bottoming out in December 2016, where wave (3) up started and reached almost Fib 161.8% at $5.59. Wave (4) down from there reached about $3.32 and with that didn't reach into wave (1) $3 top, as it shouldn't. That is where wave (5) up started with a number of lower degree sub-waves as stated before and shown in the daily chart already. I hope this helps.

If you wanted to use wave counts from here it might be advisable to do a refresher on what is and isn't possible and what could occur and what shouldn't. as for wave 5, is typically inverse 1.236 – 1.618% of wave 4, equal to wave 1 or 61.8% of wave 1+3. In this case wave (5) was slightly longer than wave (1), but topped out at about Fib 112.8% of wave1.

Not that all this really achieved anything, because we will have to see how the correction plays out over time, however it was a nice exercise in Elliott Wave theory nonetheless and may be of some benefit at a later stage of EVN's development!

I'm posting the monthly chart which shows the wave count and makes hopefully makes it clear that closing the gap at $4.55, would in the bigger picture only be a mild correction, being less than Fib 38.2% showing how strong a stock EVN really is, because reaching down to 50 or even 61.8% would be considered normal.
