Haha, looks like someone has finally taken my advice and is opening their minds..........
BTW, Stochastic did not diverge , that was constant all the way until it caved , so I assume you meant RSI and MACD?
Basically its a sign of potential weakness, which EVN displayed this week, usually its a impulse wave reversal , not a trend reversal, there is a big difference between the two.
