Through low quality acquisitive growth, when the acquisitions dried up the company was left in a mess operationally and with too much debt; and look where it now trades, a far cry from $5. They also agreed a dodgy deal on $150m of greenfields which are still loss making 3 years in.
$38.5m of that is to repay debt and working capital...
I am sure there is some upside but to all those looking at these posts and seeing posters spruiking multi bagger gains please go in with your eyes wide open. These are my opinions only, each to their own.
