Some facts. The current GEM Chair (Mark Johnson) took over as Chair on 1 Jan 2016.
Carroll was then appointed MD later in 2016. GEM eps for FY 2015 (ended 31 Dec 2015)
was 23 cents. Current GEM is running at 16c. Scott left GEM with 23c per share and there
has been a 30% decline to 16c since he left. Johnson and Carroll have been blaming Sacre
and Scott for the lousy performance of GEM for more than 3 years. How long can they get
away with blaming these guys? It is about time that Johnson and Carroll found someone or
something else to blame. Maybe there is a problem with Johnson and Carroll?
