The guidance is not that bad , upscale projection
is big margins next few years and this was 3 percent div before the drop today , hence with upscale 2025 could be monster div if you own at this level . I’m in for 50000 shares at 2.70 avg .
if you are after a gold hedge this is now your chance
high div from this point with added growth , yes I understand div might fall slight on cash payout but I still see yields rising at this low price .
