So according to your own logic Hitler & the Nazis used Darwin's book as reasoning for the belief that whites were superior to blacks as whites were further along the evolution path.
This was a widely held belief in Darwin's day and it wouldn't surprise me is Darwin also adhered to this belief. If Darwin held to this belief and penned his works with that in mind then Darwin would be accountable for atrocities that were committed as a result of his teaching, although not directly responsible.
The bible although it speaks of murder, rape, homosexuality, theft, greed etc. In no way condones these practices. In fact it out laws them. Therefore I can't kill you and say the bible told me to do it.
