Evolution covers a scientific theory of how life progresses once it started, not how it started. Life progresses - few dispute that; the Theory of evolution like all reasonable and accepted theories (by most scientists) has a potential path to refuting it. Scientists have tried to refute the theory for over a hundred years without success.

This does not exclude the possibility that it would be refuted and even replaced by a better theory in the future, which most scientists would welcome as an advancement in our knowledge.

Confirming the status quo wins PhDs; refuting the status quo wins Nobel prizes; there is no prize for guessing scientists' preference.
@tonio, do you have a better alternative scientific theory.

Refuting the Theory of Evolution does not necessary provide evidence for a God/Creator which is a substantial challenge.

    Start of Life.

    Nobody knows how life started.
There are many ideas, with some being more likely than others.
Of course starting life in a laboratory only points to possibilities and nothing more.
We may never know how life started.

    I find the possibilities intriguing
