Monkeys and apes don't evolve into humans they evolve into new and constantly adapting versions of monkeys and apes. Humans however do evolve into humans. Humans were always destined to be human even when conformed into less modern packages. The evolution of our form is clear and evident and not worth arguing over.
Fossils form in flood events, sand storm events, volcanic ash events, falling into cave events, drowning in water and sinking into mud events. Not a single fossil has been formed in a Noah flood event.
It is true that evolution is not a stand alone process. It is true that we do not fully understand its implications nor will we ever fully understand it. It is also true that without your God acting upon evolutions processes and driving its processes of adaption and increased complexity it would not exist.
But the prognostications of 15 indoctrinated scientists with their bright and shiny faces is nothing less than prostituting their education for an illogical, evidence vacuum, instantaneous fully-formed Creation belief.
I believe in Creation, but it was and is a slow unfolding process that is still occurring as we write. Not as in the Genesis account, that being, all lifeforms created complete in a single Creation event. Not a single atom of evidence exists for such a notion.
