@jogo one thing I will add is you are probably spot on in terms of Anton not being on friendly terms with Evolution given the circumstances surrounding their acquisition of the Tribune shares. This probably increases the chances of any offer made by Evolution being a hostile takeover move. It is unlikely they would be successful given Anton probably wouldn't sell his shares but they may be successful in getting their ownership level up to a point where Tribune and Rand effectively become a subsidiary of Evolution. This was precisely why the Tribune and Rand JV and cross ownership structure was set up to begin with. It was set up to make such a move almost impossible and it had been successful up until recently when Rand were forced to sell their Tribune position.
